All of our products are made to order, crafted with care and attention to your individual preferences. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on physical products.

We offer free shipping to the USA, Canada, and Australia. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 8 business days, depending on the item. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 2 to 6 business days. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

International shipping is available to select countries, including the USA, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, France, Spain, Italy, Sweden, and Denmark. For other destinations, please contact us at support [use @] iuliia [dot] store and we’ll be happy to check availability for your region.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery with detailed photos and a description of the issue. We’ll promptly review the situation and offer a full refund or replacement for any items that were not delivered in the expected condition.

Digital products (such as Lightroom presets, video LUTs, and digital wallpapers) are final sale and non-refundable. As outlined in each product description, downloadable files cannot be returned once purchased.
