Shipping, Returns & Made-to-Order Policy

All of our physical products are made to order and produced specifically based on your selected size, material, and format. As such, they are considered custom-made goods under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We offer free shipping to most available destinations outside Asia, including the USA, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

For selected Asian destinations, including Hong Kong, India, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates, shipping may be available for unframed posters only, and shipping rates may vary.

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 6 business days, depending on the item. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 2 to 7 business days. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Duties, Tariffs & Import Fees

For most art prints and canvas orders, production is arranged locally or regionally whenever available. For example, orders shipped within the USA are typically produced and shipped from within the USA, so US import tariffs do not apply to those print and canvas orders.

Woven blankets are currently shipped from the USA only. Because of this, international customers may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local handling fees charged by their country.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery with detailed photos and a description of the issue. We’ll review the situation and offer a refund or replacement for any item that was not delivered in the expected condition.

Digital products, such as Lightroom presets, video LUTs, and digital wallpapers, are final sale and non-refundable. As outlined in each product description, downloadable files cannot be returned once purchased.
