All of our downloads are instant. After you complete the payment you will automatically receive a download email.
If for any reason you don’t receive this email immediately, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Each our presets order includes a step-by-step text guide and video instructions. Also you can find video instructions How to apply the presets on mobile by the link. 
LUTs packs include a step-by-step text guide for Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and Da Vinci Resolve apps.

An email message with a link to download is sent automatically after complete the purchase to the email you specified.
But if you have not received an email from us for any reasons, just contact us with your purchase information and we’ll get back to you and send your order ASAP.

If the presets seem the same it means were downloaded JPG, not DNG files. JPG files don’t have preset settings and can not edit the photo properly.
Please, watch a step-by-step video instruction How to apply the presets on mobile by the link in your PDF file.
You should export the DNG files and if you do it correct you will see only the empty squares instead of the images in your camera roll.
